Your outdoor banner prices are a real bargain, why are your prices so much lower than other places I’ve tried?
First, our banners are ink printed on a light plastic. They are meant for temporary use outside. That’s why they cost so much less than a vinyl banner.
Second, we keep our design selections simple. That makes it so much easier for you to order a banner and easier for us to produce them.

How long can your outdoor banners stay outside?
Depending on weather conditions about 4 weeks. Strong sun or wind may shorten that time.

If I send you our logo or custom art work, can you add it to our banner?
No, we can’t do logos. We have a partial list of the symbols we do on each order page. You can contact us to if there is a specific symbol you need that is not listed, but we can’t produce custom art work or logos.

I need a specific color. Do you offer any other colors other than those listed on you color chart?
All of the colors we have are listed on the chart. We can’t do any color matching. Remember that actual colors may vary from the shades you see on you computer screen.

I will be using my banner indoors, but I want to use it more than once, what kind of banner should I get?
You should use an outdoor banner for indoor use, if you plain to use the banner more than once or use it over a long period of time. Outdoor material won’t yellow or rip.

Do you ship outside the US?
Currently, we do not.

Why do use the Postal Service as your only shipping method?
We have found that the USPS works best for our customers. They deliver on Saturday, which is very important since so many parties are on the weekend. They will deliver to PO Boxes.

What if my banner arrivers to late for my party?
We guarantee that we will ship your banner within 3 to 5 days of receiving your completed order, unless we give you notice of a delay. We cannot guarantee that your banner will arrive in time for your party. You should carefully consider what shipping option to use, when ordering your banner. Using standard priority shipping you should allow 10 days to 2 weeks for your banner to reach you. APO addresses can take as long as 4 to 6 weeks. Using Express service, you should expect to receive your banner within 2 to 5 days depending on your location and when you order the banner.
