Banners are usually shipped within 2 to 3 business days of our receiving your completed order form. Business days are
Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

Orders shipped priority mail F.O.B. Havertown, PA. Standard shipping is $5.95 per banner.

Estimated shipping time, is 1 to 3 days, depending on location, so you should allow approximately 7 days to 10 days to receive your banner. APO addresses can take longer. You should check with your base postal facility, if you have questions about shipping time estimates.

Of course, we cannot be responsible for shipping delays. Please be sure to allow enough time for your banner to reach you before your event.

If the original shipping address you provide is deemed undeliverable by the post office, we are not responsible for any costs associated with reshipping your package.

Express service is available. Express orders completed before noon (ET) Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after noon (ET) will ship next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding Federal Holidays). These turnaround times apply only to single banner orders. If you are ordering multiple banners, please contact us to determine how long it will take to fill your order. All express orders are shipped by express mail. Express service starts at $24.95. Express service is not available to all APO addresses.

Product info:

Indoor Banners:
Penned ink on a heavy glossy white paper, these banners are perfect for decorating indoors. The lettering is penned ink. The actual colors can vary from those shown.

Outdoor Banners:
Penned ink on a lightweight yet durable plastic material. These banners are great for decorating outdoors. They are also recommended for indoor use, if your need to use the banner several times or keep it hanging for a long period of time.
Outside the banner should last outside 4 to 6 weeks, depending on conditions. They are not recommended for areas of high wind (15mph or more). Each banner has a reinforced hole at each corner, so they're easy to hang. The lettering is penned ink. The actual colors can vary from those shown.

Tips To Remember:

Most often any combination of red, black, blue and green make for a nice looking banner. Also, it is always better to use more than one color text on a banner. Single
color banners show more color variation than multicolor banners.

Light colors, such as light blue, yellow or orange, show more variation in shading throughout a word than dark colors. If you need help selecting your colors, just contact us, we'll be happy to help.

We try to accommodate special instruction requests but we can not always do so. Please contact us before you place your order, if you have a special instruction.

Both indoor & outdoor banners are very signable. It's a nice idea to have everyone at the party sign the banner. That makes it a great keepsake!

These banners make great greeting cards. You can include a gift card with your order to convey your special wishes.

Returns:

Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your banner, if you find an error, so we have sufficient time to address the problem.

We work hard to see that you are happy with your banner, but since each banner is made to your personal specifications, they are returnable only if we have made an error in spelling or color. We are not responsible for customer spelling errors or if you find the banner is not appropriate for your intended use.

We are not responsible for unauthorized banner returns. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
